How do customers pay an advance?+
After creating a booking, you can share an online payment link (if your account is set up for online payments via Razorpay Route) or send your manual UPI payment instructions and QR code directly to the customer on WhatsApp. Once you verify or receive the payment, you confirm the booking in your dashboard.
